One site I found that has videos and movies ready for the Sansa is:

Movies, Music Videos, Family Guy, etc.

Once you get the hang of converting videos you find on YouTube and others, you will be having no problem stuffing your Sansa full of them.

If you are using Windows Media Player you can use that. Depends on which version you are using. How to Videos are here; http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1468 OR you can manually manage the music thru My Computer>Device Name (e250)>Music Folder. Please add to the question if that didnt work. SanDisk Technical Support 1-866-726-3475

It may be that you have to update your DRM component licenses on your PC. http://home.real.com/product/help/chandler/en/TS_error_Authorize,_License,_DRM_Rights.htm or, your Helix components may be damaged, or corrupt. http://reclisten.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/reclisten.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6203 If either of those dont work. You should format the player to delete everything and re-transfer them to your device. If that doesnt resolve it, you might have to contact Rhapsody. Video: AVI, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, DVD(*.VOB), WMV, and a certain MOV that I have not identified (it threw a fit when I tried).

Photo: JPEG, TIFF, GIF, PNG, BMP all convert nicely.
