I removed and reloaded my mp3's onto my Nomad Jukebox. After reloading my mp3's, I noticed that some of my songs play too slow. I checked the songs on my computer and they work fine.
I have tried the following.
Unloaded and reload my music.
Performed a clean up.
Formated the hard disk and reloaded my music.
Still of the songs are playing too slow. To the best of my knowledge, this has not happend before.
I would appreciate any workable solution.
Thanks.
This sounds like it may be realted to the "Time Scaling" feature, which is part of the "EAX" settings. Disable EAX and/or the Time Scaling feature and see if this helps.

Many updates end up deleting all songs off your player as a side effect - try reloading your songs onto the Opal and see if they will play after that.
Also, make sure the hold/lock switch wasn't accidentally activated.
Another possibility is that one of the updates made a change to which DRM licenses the player is compatible with. If you have songs with an older DRM-9 license, they may not be usable after the update. which music service do you get your songs from? If it is a licensing issue, then I would try loading only songs that are in mp3 format - they will never give you funky issues.
It depends sometimes some songs may be copyrighted and cannot be played on the Mp3............
But as u say ur able to play 67 songs............
Just format your Mp3 player......
Formatting the Mp3 Player:
Connect the Mp3 player to the Computer..........
Go to My Computer> Right click on the Removable Disk and click on Format and click on Start.....
Know reload all the songs back to the Mp3 player.....
Good Luck............
Delete the affected songs off your Sansa, Re-edit the id3 tags with the correct track information, then reload them onto the Sansa. also, make sure it is not on "Random" mode.
Slide the battery back into position - the unit should power on.
When the CREATIVE logo appears on the display, release the STOP button then immediately press and release the PLAY button.
The following options will appear on the display:
Clean Up (Performs a disk scan on the players hard disk)
Format All (Formats the players hard disk - Note: all contents will be lost)
Reload Firmware (Reloads the Operating System on the Jukebox. Note: Reloading your OS, will not effect the contents of the files stored on your Jukebox Zen. Select this option ONLY if you have access to a PC and you have downloaded the necessary firmware to install.)
If it won't exit recovery mode and you know the hard drive is good, then you've got to reload the firmware. Do you know the hard drive is okay?
Be careful, though -- you can NOT reload the firmware on an XP machine that has WMP11 installed. It HAS to be WMP10. If you search on Zen firmware, you'll find dozens of articles on the subject.
Reload the firmware. The firmware gets a hiccup after repeating songs/switching through songs quickly. Make sure you take your mp3s off before you reload the firmware for the songs will be deleted.
