Teflon sheet got damaged replace it if you are service guy or else better to submit in service center..users are not advisable to do this activity..Tech guys: Remove left,right,back & top covers, take out fuser assm, open it, replace teflon sleeve..

If you are trying to print on 'teflon' sheets - then use tray 1. And make sure that you set the driver to TEFLON, the driver in the application, that is.
