The Stylus R200 printer accepts settings made by most word processing software's around.

For example if you are to use the MS Office Word (2003 and beyond). You can just simply jump to "Tools>Letters and Mailings>Mailings and Labels" or MS Office Word 2007 just select "Mailings" tab then "Envelopes" button. From there on you may proceed entering Delivery Address and Return Address or omit one. there are setting too on how to place your envelope and size of the envelope.

If you have any clarifications please don't hesitate to contact, I'll be to help.

When you open up your printer settings (got to printer and right click on properties), go to the advanced tab. In there you'll find various setting for print quality and paper sizes, choose envelopes. Make sure you insert the envelopes into you printer as specified on the printer.

How do I print envelopes on Brother MFC6490CW

Load the envelopes in like paper, tell the printer the size of these to set the paper size, then whatever you're using to print on the envelopes, set up the page size the same size as the envelopes. You should then be able to print on envelopes

Xerox phaser 7400DN jabs at fuser

The printer trays accommodate most sizes and types of paper, transparencies, or other
specialty media. Follow these guidelines when loading paper and media in the trays:
- Envelopes, labels, and glossy paper can be printed from Tray 1 (MPT) only.
- Transparencies and custom size paper can be printed from Tray 1 (MPT) and Tray 2.
- Fan paper, transparencies, and labels prior to loading them in the tray.
- Use only paper envelopes. All envelopes should be printed single-sided only. Some
wrinkling and embossing may occur when printing envelopes.
- Do not overload the paper trays.
- Adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size.
- If excessive jams occur, use paper or other media from a new package.

Printer prints addresses on paper, not envelopes, even though I click all commands correctly.

make sure you feed in the envelopes correctly and adjust the guides to fit the size of envelope you have in the manual feed or paper tray verses the size of envelope you choose in the print settings from the application you are using (MS-Word) e.t.c, also make sure that envelopes have the correct paper type and design for printing i.e( without metalic clips, not too thick to pass through the fuser)
size 10 is usually easy to go through for example.

Wont print envelopes

When you load an envelope, make sure that you move the guiding clip to fit and hold to the envelope so that is can feed the envelope and print. It is a way of manually telling the printer that what is in the printer tray is an envelope.

Letter size envelope does not fit into the paper holding tray

Hi cmwww920,

Usually letter envelopes are insert long-way into your printer. I recommend using the Microsoft Word envelope wizard to print Sender and/or Recipient addresses on envelopes. Here's how it works:

1) Launch Microsoft Word.
2) Click Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels...
3) Type in what you want to see on the envelope.
4) The default feed direction is shown in the lower right corner of the dialog box. To change it, click Options and select the Printing Options tab. Adjust the settings as you please.
5) Click OK to exit the Options Dialog Box
6) Click Print (in the upper right corner of the "Envelopes and Labels" dialog box.

I hope this helps - please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Kind regards,

How to print envelopes aficio ricio mp c4500

On an MP-C4500, envelopes must be printed using the bypass tray (the fold-out tray on the right hand side). Put the envelope in face-down and tighten the two fences so the envelope is snug.

When printing the envelope, make sure the print driver is set for the correct envelope size. If envelopes tend to jam in the printer, try setting the bypass paper type for thick paper.
