CANDY AQUAVIVA WASHER/DRYER

MACHINE IS'NT WORKING AT ALL!! WHEN SWITCHED ON IT SETS OFF TRIP-SWITCH ( HAVE CHANGED FUSE IN PLUG!!)

Its either the motor or element gone, remove the back of the machine and remove the wires from each component mentioned. try the element first , MAKE SURE U TAPE UP THE REMOVED WIRES BEFORE TURNING THE MACHINE BACK ON , U WILL GET A SHOCK IF U DONT!!!. if it does not trip , then the element is gone. like wise do the same to the motor. just one more item to check is where the mains cable enters the inside of the machine. good luck

The thermal fuse is located at the 2 o'clock position on the rear bulkhead. When it blows because of an air restriction or broken element, the dryer will not run. Check the dryer vent for blockage.
