reset your anthena and make sure there is not any wireless signal interfering device near to ur wirless router.. make sure u had enable the wireless option in your router
disconnect everything from the unit, then reconnect power. If the unit behaves normally, start plugging things back in until it goes nuts again. Whatever you plugged in last is the problem.
If the unit behaves the same, either your power adapter is failing (use a volt meter to check) or the router will need to be replaced.
Usually a fast turn signal means that there is a light out. You should probably check all of your lights, including back-up lights, and turn signals. If there is one out then replacing the burnt out bulb should fix the problem.
The PC will detect a closed loop within the Network cable so forget that. Sorry but the router is bad if you cannot access it and the reset button does not help.
On most routers when data is being accessed you will see the lights blink rapidly, especially if you are passing video over it. Data connections will blink intermittently but normally not as fast as video.

If the power light on the router is Blinking very Fast .
Then Reset the router fro 30 sec and then leave the power cable unplug for 1 min .
Then plug the power plug back in and then check ............if the power light stop light stop blinking then the router can be reused or else the router has gone bad
