Canot connect to 192.168.0.50 on a DAP-2695 wireless access point

Cannot connect to Dlink DAP-1522 at 192.168.0.50.
Hi. Is this to change its settings?
Plug directly in the DAP-1522.
Set your PCs network settings under TCP/IP, alternate config:
IP Address: 192.168.0.10
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0
Default Gateway: 192.168.0.50
Give it a try.
