I think the problem on that one is the waste ink tank is already full, so you need to clean it or replace the pads on it, because when you are printing or opening your printer it blows little amount of ink to the heads so that it will not be clogged, and that ink goes into the used/waste ink tank. Also after cleaning the used/waste ink tank you need to reset the counter of the printer so that it would print again, you can just download the counter reset software over the internet or just bring that machine to an authorize canon printer technician. see may be there is problem with the catridge bcoz it is not sensing the ink level it is bettre if you have other catridge first you check wit that or you try to remove the ink and claen the cartridge and refill it again. bye
