Printers are a pain. Having said that, if there is a sensor claiming to have a paper jam, then it is one of 2 things: a piece of paper or debris that you dont see, or, a failed sensor. If you cannot clear the jam, you likely have a failed sensor. If you have a failed sensor, your easiest option is replace that printer. If you replace it with an identical model, you wont need to buy anything extra, you can use the same carts and plugs and discs as before. Check ebay or such places for your model. Someone may have one for you.
