Question about Vacuums

BISSELL PROheat 2X model 9200

I have 4 dogs in a very small apartment. It gets alot of use, I've replace the belts, beaters & bladders. My heater light went out a while ago, but I can't figure out why my beater aren't turning. I'm about to crack the case of the bottom part of the machine (never done this before) I think I need a gearwheel belt.
Can you help me put it back together and find the gearwheel belt? Thank you in advance for all your help.

There is a belt on each side(if this is a 9200), if they look ok, then I would suspect that the brush roll motor is bad part # 2036757.

My vacuum belt came off and I do not know how to replace it, it is a #7

Here is link for the users guide for your model. On the right side of page you'll see the "Download Manual" link. Scroll down until you find the belt replacement section. There are instructions for both small and large belt replacement. If you scroll down further, you will see the toll free number to order your belt.
Hope this helps.
