My vacuum belt came off and I do not know how to replace it, it is a #7

Here is link for the users guide for your model. On the right side of page you'll see the "Download Manual" link. Scroll down until you find the belt replacement section. There are instructions for both small and large belt replacement. If you scroll down further, you will see the toll free number to order your belt.

There is a belt on each side(if this is a 9200), if they look ok, then I would suspect that the brush roll motor is bad part # 2036757.
