Any welding shop can sell these to you and if you can't find them there go to a Hydrolic hose maker busniess they will carry them as well you can also buy them at http://www.accuratescrew.com/Washers.aspx they have all types of washers that you can order, be sure that it is not a neoprene washer and if it has a bevel on one side of the other if you do not get the correct washer it will leak. you can also go to this site and get them.

What can you use as an extention hose with the original hose?

anything that has the same I.D. (inside diameter) as the original. Do NOT use a 1/4" I.D. hose on anything over 3200 PSI and don't use a 3/8" I.D. on a unit that uses a 1/4" I.D. hose because it will cause a pressure malfunction. Also make sure they have the same mate threads such as 22mm or whichever.

Power washer 12poe-170 takes 5 minutes to build up max pressure

not a new gun but the nozzle removed and cleaned out. Pressure units work through a regulator that is controlled by the flow through the nozzle. If there is insufficient flow the regulator unloads the pump. It the flow is too low the regulator opens and closes as the pressure fluctuates. removing the blockage allows full flow and full operation of the regulator.

Whirlpool washer only fills up bout 1/3 of the way when starting even on large capacity setting

You have a faulty/ bad switch to regulate small medium large loads or nylon threads inside switch are stripped you need a new knob, the old knob should pull straight off with a little force and you can check the nylon threads to see if they are stripped.

Does anyone know of a source for odd spacers or washers? I need a Teflon washer, 0.030 inch thick, OD 2.0 inches, ID 1.0 inch and can't fine a source.

In So. Fla. we have a business called Broward Bolt. They sell nuts bolts and washers of all kinds. I once found a small plastic screw for a 40 yr old projector at that store

Operating manual for C2006 Type 4

Sounds like the same problem. My compressor would run and pressurize to 125# but no air out the outlet. Turning the pressure reguator knob did nothing. If this is the same then here is my fix which worked great. Before you start bear in mind a new reg is under $20. Make sure the compressor has no air in it. Remove the regulator. Take a needle nose and remove the plastic insert gently from the bottom and inside of the reg. Take out the pressure spring. You should see a threaded shaft and a "c" clip. If there is no washer on the end then what is taking place is when you turn the knob in for more pressure it simply goes down through the center of the spring and exerts no pressure on the plastic insert which applies pressure to the valve. Thus no pressure. I simply removed the "c" clip, placed a generic washer placed on the end. The hole of the washer should allow it to sit on the end of the threaded end without going down the shaft and center protruding an 1/8" or so. Naturally the washer should easily fit inside the regulator housing. Now slip the "c" clip back on, back it out the knob all the way( don't force) and reassemble. Have no idea what is suppose to be in there from the factory but the problem was when I took mine apart there was nothing pushing on the spring which pushes on the nylon plastic insert which regulates the air at the outlet. Good Luck Bob F.

Coleman powermate 3000 pressure washer had pressure when first started, but went to zero shortly after

Check the coupling between the engine and pump for slipping or breakage. A pressure regulator may have broken it's spring allowing water to bypass the pump.

You said your door will not open!

Door locked at end of wash cycle
Did all of the water drain out of the washer during the
spin?
Select DRAIN/SPIN to remove any water remaining in the
washer. The washer door will unlock at the end of the drain.
Let me know how you do.
