Not sure if it's the motherboard but some people tell me this is a possibility due to it not spinning the clothes at normal speed but rather slow or not at all.

probably not getting into high speed spin mode
they spin slow in the initial stages to allow the clothes to become evenly distributed then after the water is removed they pick up speed
It is possible a problem in the program board not advancing to high speed

Some times the clothing will be piled up mostly at one side of the drum after the completion of the washing/draining cycle. This is normal. When the drum starts spinning/rotating to dry the clothing it is unbalanced and the drum will then not reach high speed due its banging against the outer casing which will also cause the jurking movement. Rearrange the clothing inside the drum by spreading it evenly around the agitator. If this does not solve the problem the machine might be seriously overloaded ( too much clothing). Take some clothing out and see if its is better. If it still persist then open up the front panel by unscrewing the three screws at the bottom of the panel and lifting the panel up and out. Please disconnect the electrical power supply first. Look inside the machine for the van belt between the electric motor and the big pulley underneath the drum. Check the condition of this belt as it might need to be replaced. ( badly worn over all, inner rubber area cracked badly, rough sides ect). TAKE NOTE: Replace with genuine Speed Queen part as a normal vehicle v-belt will not work. Pressing against the belt will be a small pulley attached to a swing arm under tension of a spring. Slight shortening of the spring might help but only as last resort.

It's possible that the tub didn't drain properly in the allotted time and the remaining water is slowing your drum from coming to maximum extraction speed.

Possible there is no switching for the cycle from the controller or there is speed limited due to sensor action for vibration. Check the leveling of the machine, if not use rubber footing to hold the machine steady.
Also check the drives for friction , if so reset and lubricate.

It may not be spinning fast enough. Is the agitator operating at normal speed?

Possible causes for slow spin are overloaded washer, slipping belt, bad bearings in the motor or clutch, or slipping clutch.

Another possibility is a problem with the pump, but I suppose you would also see some water left in the bottom of the machine in that case.

If the washing machine is not spinning to its regular speed then it can be the cause of wet clothes.If there is any cloth got stuck in between the inner and outer tub then this will slow the speed and this can cause the problem.Also if the washing machine spin motor,if its faulty then it can be the reason for clothes coming wet.Also check the motor coupler,if its cracked or broken this can be the reason of motor not spinning to its full speed. --------- But if all this ----- the motor,the motor coupler and the inner tub and outer tub blockages checked ok.And there is no problem seen then the other possibility is faulty water inlet valve.The valve lets the water to enter the machine.But if this valve is got weak/faulty then it will not stop the water from entering.So the clothes come out wet,because some amount of water will always enter the washer due to faulty water inlet valve. --------- This are the possibilities that has to be checked and confirmed for the problem to be solved.To get required parts ,you can get it from www.repairclinic.com . This could be due to water discharge. Clean filter/ pump if needd be could also be slow motor speed , worn belt/ brushes in motor. good luck

Try this:
The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 torx screws underneath. The panel will drop and come off. Drain off the excess water from the drain pipe you see. The white filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a good plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in carefully. Check your pump too.

front load machines will normaly spin slow on first part of spin cycle this helps distribute load evenly before hi speed spin also if load is extermely off balance ..a large towel with load of light fabrics will never spin to full speed due to off balance produced by wet towel hi speed spin is normaly acheived in last 3-4 min of spin cycle

Check the drain spigot, where the drain hose attaches to the drain trap under the sink/tub.There may be a blockage in the spigot which is causing the water to drain very slowly and therefor not allowing the machine to spin at normal fast speed.
