Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
Hello, If you are refering to the drain filter it is located behind the panel at the lower front of your machine. To access it tilt the machine back wedge something underneath and remove the 3 screws at the bottom lip (your tilting it back because it is hard to remove the 3 screws while flat) Once the 3 screws are out remove the panel. To the right front you will see the pump and attached to that you will see what looks like a gas cap for a car. With the aid of some pliers unscrew the filter...Now you can remove any debris that is stopping your machine from entering the spin cycle. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to comment again, giving me some time to respond. Good Luck!!! Mike

HI. this code represents a Long Drain issue.
If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes, the water valves are turned off and F02 is flashed.
Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
NOTE: After 4 minutes the “Sud” error will be displayed, then 4 minutes later the F02 error code will be displayed.
• Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked
• Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
• Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects
• If the above does not correct the problem replace the pump

Press cancel or if that doesn't work unplug the washer from the main socket - this should clear all the settings so that you can reset the washer.

"F21" is a Long Drain error. The following link explains how to torubleshoot:
What this usually means is that you have something clogged in the drain pump and it needs to be cleaned out. In the majority of the cases, this corrects the problem. However, if you JUST purchased this washer, and it is brand new (not used), I would recommend you use your manufacturer warranty (good for the 1st year in most cases) to avoid the risk of voiding it. The conditions of some warranties, prohibit the consumer from opening the appliance and attempting any repairs. Read the find print just to be sure.
If you have any questions, please let me know. I hope this helps you.

How to fix a Whirlpool Duet & Duet sport error code F02. Repairing your F02 error code can usually be done without ordering parts. Tools needed to repair your Duet F02 error code are towels and a quarter inch socket.
Tip the washer back at a 45 degree angle. On the bottom panel there are three or four screws, with the screws removed the panel will slide down and off. With the lower access panel now removed you will have access to the washers drain pump clean out.
With the water already bailed from the washer you can twist the filter head counter-clockwise to remove. Twisting the filter head counter-clockwise will loosen filter so it can be pulled out. With the filter out, clean and install back into washer.
Run a quick cycle to ensure the washer is back up and running and the F02 error has disappeared. If the error comes back it may require you to clean the drain pump filter again.
