I have a mitsubishi Television 52 inch model WD-52327. The bulb light came on. I changed the bulb and now the status light is on. The TV does not turn on at all anymore. Can you help?

Try 1-800-Top-Bulb... the the industry they go more by bulb number than the TV's model number because many TV's use the same bulb.It's probably in your manual or on the mitsubishi website hidden in a PDF manual for your tv.
If you have a voltage meter you can pull the bulb out and check for continuity by placing the probes on the power plugs of the bulb. If you have continuity the bulb should be good, and it may be the lamp ballast.
Make sure you seated the lamp right, but most likely the two 3300 and two 2200Ufd capacitors are bad on the power board. These routinely go bad after about 3-4 years of use on the tv. Parts are less than $10 bucks but you have to know how to solder circuit boards. Good luck
Did your replace lamp come on the screen or did you lose picture? Just because the LED indicator suggest replace lamp it doesn't mean it needs it. If your pix was dull or loss of brightness then replace it, if not then just reset your lamp timer, check your owners manual for instructions.
