First of all try changing the toner cartridge, if doesn't work yet take a look on fuser. If the problem is on the back of paper, look in transfer, maybe needs to be cleaned.

You don't mention clearly the problem. If your cartridge is new, there will be no problem in it. The problem it the document, you are printing. Check the printing file document.
If you it stops printing, runs out of paper and red light is blinking. all you have to do is to open the cartridge door and closed it to resume on printing.
The usual sign of toner end is print out is getting faded until nothings printing.
If still the print does not print, just refresh your printer by turning it off and then turn it on again.
