My red color is not coming in very good. i think i need to replace the bulb. how can i get a replacement bulb?

Hi Misty,
I would reset or zero out all the colour/ contrast settings first.
You can access all these via the menu on the remote.
If the reds still seem a bit weak, you can purchase new lamps on the internet. Depending on how old the TV is, a new LED flat screen might be the go. The picture difference from rear projection to LED panel is significant.
I would strongly suggest you do not replace the lamp yourself, there are dangerous voltages inside the TV cabinet.
Also, if one lamp is weak there is a good chance the others will fail soon. If it has done more than 5000 hours, time for a new TV.

(Describing a picture)... "That's Missy and I dancing in the background." OR is it, "That's Missy and ME dancing in the background."

When you are dealing with a question like this, the thing to do is to delete one of the people and see how it sounds. For instance "that's Misty dancing"or " that's me dancing ". Sounds a little better than"that's I dancing" don't ya think? What if you and Misty were going to the store. Would you say"Misty and I" or "Misty and Me?. What sounds better " I am going to the store" or" Me is going to the store". Simple. There, I have dona favor to the world. This drives me nuts.

It sounds like your lenses, mirror and screen needs cleaned from the inside. I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4690955-clean_lense_screen_in_projection_tv which wll explain the process and walk you through it.

Pictures are misty if we take them in the sunlight & the battery power becomes lower quickly even if it is charged full.

You should know that if take pictures against the sunlight it will be misty. About the batteries, if those are NiCad batteries, it has a problem called memory effect. If you recharge the batteries before it's completely empty, the next time the battery shows it needs recharge when it reaches that level. So recharge the batteries only when they are fully empty. You will have to replace the battery now.

My picture is dark and have changed the brightness

This model is notorious for needing a new lamp about every 2 years. The lamp is accessed through the front by removing the long plastic cover under the screen (it just pulls off). Under that, to the left of center, is a square cover with one grey plastic screw. Loosen the screw and pull the lamp assembly out. It should just slide right out. Turn it around and look at the lamp. If the lamp face or reflector looks "cloudy" or "misty". Replace the lamp with Philips part number TY-LA1000. Just Google the number and you will find them available for around $100
