If the bluetooth you are referring to is a bluetooth earbud, the batteries may be dead. You may need to buy a new earbud.

Your radio needs to be turned off when on the charger, and be certain you are using a rechargeable Motorola battery. The charger will not charge AAA batteries or rechargeable style AAA batteries. If the light does not illuminate on your charger, try the radio in a different charger and see if it does. This will tell you if it is the radio or the charger. One further note, you should clean your charge contacts with a pencil eraser to insure they are making good connection.

i had the same problem with mine and it ended up being that one of the batteries was bad, there are two 12v batteries wired in series under the seat, usually you can tell which one is bad by looking at them, one of the batteries will be swelled up

Well, with my Nikon, the light flashes to show the battery is charging. It stays on when it's charged. My battery and spare battery are 2 years old and working fine. I'd say wait till it stops flashing...hour or 2 in my case, though I never let them run down all the way.

Right, just keep plugging in the charger into the controller until the light stays red, the small amounts of charge put in each time will eventually give the battery enough juice for it's built in 'memory' to be clued in as to how much power is really in and will then start charging. This is usually caused by leaving your controller unused for a while usually days or so at room temperature after fully charging it in your xbox (i.e. the battery memory 'thinks' it's full and tells the xbox as much when really it's empty)
