SOURCE: On my Haier HWD1000, I keep getting error message
Error E11 means either:
The water level can not
reach the reset water level
within 5 minutes
OR
The water level can not
reach the setting water level
within 8 minutes
What this means is check your water supply for sufficient pressure and if for some reason it stops and starts (eg. well drawn water with a small reservoir sometimes.)
You may have to make sure that there are no other water uses going on at the same time.

If water is leaking from the pressure hose itself, go buy new hoses at the hardware store.
If it is the connection between the hose and the machine, you can add hose gaskets and wrap the threads twice in plumber's tape. This is a thin white slightly stretchy tape that you wrap around the threads before you screw on the connector.

EC4 is regarding: The temperature of air vent.
Within 30 minutes of dry cycle there is 5 minutes in which the temperature is not increasing.
The dryer heater is not working properly. Call a repair technician.
Alternatively, create a custom wash cycle with no dry cycle and hang dry the laundry if you are past warranty and do not want to pay to repair it.

solved!!!! theres a flaw in the machine, lint builds up in air return area from the back of the machine to the heater, takes about 45 min to fix, take off lid and back pannel, remove weight, remove heater wires and hoses, remove plastic air return area, clean out lint, put back together, the air temp sensor is in the plasic housing in the rear of the plastic housing, the lint blocks air from circulating and triggers warning
