I placed my Panasonic microwave oven OF 1250W into a transformer of a higher voltage the it made a boom sound and stopped working ???any solution

Prepare yourself for an expensive repair.
If it is the older style with a large mains transformer, it may be just a blown fuse but the newer switching power modules will have serious issues.

I own an old sharp microwave oven model R1752 and the turntable coupling has broken, i cannot find it for sale anywhere. Can you help

For model R-1752, it did not use a separate turntable coupler, the coupler is part if the turntable support, which is part number FROLPB025MRK0 (note ohs and zeroes).

You can order one from either Encompass here (for less but not in immediate stock) or from the
Sears Parts Direct Web site image-4235112-10659157(costs more but is shown in stock).

I've uploaded the service manual to our site here to help you.

Panasonic microwave (model NN-P295) power failure

We see (and repair) this a lot. The problem is on the control panel, which we regularly repair nationwide by mail for $39.95 postpaid in about a week.

At our Web site, we have a video available showing how to remove a typical over the range control panel assembly in under 5 minutes.

This light failure often occurs when a bulb goes out and the filament shorts, or when the bulbs are removed or installed without first unplugging the oven from the power line. Either can cause such a failure on the controller.

If it's really bad, we will have to also replace the microprocessor, which will add $15 to the cost.

If we don't have the parts yours need in stock, it will take about 4 weeks or so to get them. Even though we order from a top-tier distributor, they have to order them from Panasonic Japan.

I stock microprocessor # MN101C54CEN.

You can look at your microprocessor to see what number is on it, and to look for a bump or other odd spot that would tell you it's been zapped, as in the photo below

We have one board in stock, part number F603L5V30AP for $50. If it fits your model, that may be the quickest / best solution for you.

Feel free to contact me directly (and please remind me of your full model number) for more information & help.

I just changed the light bulbs in the microwave and now I have no power to anywhere else but the lights?

Okay, it may be the US model. It seems there is also an Australian version.

I've worked on a few of these Panasonic control boards. The solid state relay for the lights will short, and often this failure also takes other components with it, such as the regulator that runs the microprocessor. This makes the microwave in essence, dead, yet the lights stay on.

It can take a couple of weeks to get the parts, but if you'd like to get it repaired, we can usually do it for about $59.95. Since you're in Canada, there would be a little extra charge for shipping as well. About $15 is typical.

Feel free to contact me directly for more information & help if you're interested.

Have a Panasonic microwave model NN-6705A with a damaged door. Trying to locate a replacement door. Can you refer me to a source? Panasonic no longer supplies parts since oven was made in 1995

You can order Panasonic parts here. Chances are you'll have to order just the part that's bad, assuming it's available.

Otherwise, I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer to see if they have any used or "new old stock" doors or parts.
