Im not able to view movies or videos on mt receiver from note 4 but its all hooked up correctly and wont even when in park

you can hook this wire to any ground. it is supposed to prevent you from viewing video while driving.

Re-adjust the shift linkage to set the lever higher so it is in park when the indicator says it is. Until you do this adjustment on the linkage, the key will be locked in the cylinder. The shifter lever MUST be ALL the way up to park position in order to remove the key.

Start by checking the battery. Is it installed correctly? Negative terminal to ground?
Is there any electrical activity? Lights? Radio? Does anything electrical work?
If it's an automatic, the transmission has to be in neutral or park for the engine to be started. Check the wiring for this. There should be a connection for a switch on the transmission.

The fuel pump may be corroded from the water. You can check it's operation by turning on the igntion a few cycles waiting a few seconds between and seeing if it runs every time [ the PCM will turn it on for a few seconds without the engine running], If it's inconsistent, then it may be the problem, but check the relay under the hood first.

Typically,fusible links protect everything but the starter. I'd check them anyway & they're down at the starter. Also,make sure the engine isn't siezed,3.8's freeze all the time. Yes,that would mean the engine is toast. Also the transmission has a clutch in it & it could be locked in the on position. You can unplug the 4 pin connector in front on the trans & see if that makes a difference. Write back if you need more help
