SOURCE: Washer won't fast spin or drain
The drain line is probably clogged. Maybe that a small sock or other piece of clothing get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump. To remove it from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub and try to remove the clothing through the port. Good luck

The best way to fix this problem is to adjust the front legs while the machine is spinning a full wash load. Put in a load of clothes and run the machine to get the clothes nice and wet. It will take about 5 minutes to get them completely wet. Next, turn the washer off. Now, turn the washer back on and push the spin button to select the extra fast speed. You washer will go into a drain mode and then begin to toss the load into a balance spin mode. Once the washer is spinning the clothes, check the balance of the unit by pushing the front left corner of the washer towards the right rear corner and right front corner towards the left rear corner. If the sound of the washer quiets down on one side vs the other side, adjust the front leg to quiet that side. Do not attempt to adjust the rear legs as they do not require adjustments at all. Everything adjusts on the front legs.
This procedure works if the floor is sturdy enough. If the floor is old and the wood is weak, it will not work.

The problem is the door latch assembly. You can get it at your local parts supplier or oder it through repairclinic.com. Should cost $50-$55. My hubby is replacing mine now. Not an easy part to replace, but by all information I have gathered from the manufacturer and the parts department, this is a common problem and most likely the cause of the machine not spinning. It runs through all the rest of the cycles, but will not spin, even on spin only cycle. The good news... if you replace the door latch assembly once, the replacement part is much stronger than the original and shouldn't have to be replaced again.

this may be coming from the soap dispenser and running down round the door way and to the bottom- investigate that first. otherwise the seal may be worn/ damaged and needs replacing.
