Answered

Words with friends issue. In December I had to reinstall due to many issues. Tried to get back in the game but had to create a new user name cause my first one was already taken. . .by me. So created nee name. All games were lost. Had to reinstall again today. All games are lost and it bounced back to my first user name. Says the second one is already taken. . .by me. I want the second name and all associated games back. Can you please help me?

There seems to be an issue with this game.
I play words with friends game also, I end up having to uninstall and re-install all the time. I do not know what is causing this problem. Wish I could help.

Ouch... You didn't say who's NAS device it is? It sounds like you may have a firmware issue on controller. You may need to reset the controller to the factory defaults. I'd suggest that you contact the manufacturer for details on how to do so. They should also have details on how to recover your data. If you can let us know what kind of a NAS device it is, maybe we can find more details on it.

This is a common problem (bug) with this game. Basically you have to delete something, anything, off your harddrive. If you have nothing on then download a demo or something then delete it. This should fool yr ps3 into releasing the space you need to play r&c.

Just a note, you don't have high latency its just the server thinks you have high latency because its pinging you and your not pinging back because your ports aren't forwarded. The site linked below will guide you through the forwarding process, but please note! You can only host on one computer in your network, the reason for this is you can only port forward any port to one computer in your network.

It is important to follow everything this guide says for your port forwarding to be successful.

Lost a Word font on my Mac and I can't get it back.

Words with friends won't let me log in with Facebook
Make sure even though your computer automatically does it. Update your computer at least once a week or check cause some times updates don't always automatically install but they will be in the control panel just sitting there even though it might have just installed updates at sign in or last shutdown, but always check for updates even if it says your up to date cause it can and will cause annoying things as your issue to happen.. You have 2 separate issues here. For the issue of connecting to the Google Play store to setup your device, you should have received an error code or message. I need than and I can assist further.

For the issue of creating another Google account, if the email address you want to create was already used by another Google user, you won't be allowed to create it again. Add another couple of characters at the end of the name and try again (ie: instead of [email protected] create [email protected].

I've actually just fixed this problem, I was having myself. I trawled everywhere trying to find a solution, most answers indicated it was a machine issue.

Simple solution (I'm using Chrome and will give the solution as such), go to Settings, scroll down to where it says Users. Now create a new user, name it what you wish and delete the old user that you were using.

This may be acting as a restore point back to when you first installed Chrome, but it completely resolved the issue for me and by using this new user, I no longer had the loading issue the next time I tried.

I hope this helps for you anyone still experiencing this issue.

Every time I try to open itunes it says "itunes stopped working and was shut down" I even tried re installing it with no success
You should try this:

Follow the steps below to create a new user account in Windows Vista

From the Start menu, choose Control Panel.
  1. Open Add or remove user accounts (If using the Classic View in Windows Vista, open User Accounts. Then open Manage another account).
  2. Select Create a new account and follow the instructions to complete the account setup process.
  3. Once the new account is created, choose Log Off from the Start menu.
  4. Log into the newly created user account.
  5. Open iTunes and determine whether the issue you were experiencing persists in this new user.

If still it doesn't work than follow the folllowing steps:

  • Remove iTunes Plug-ins
    Third-party iTunes plug-ins can cause many issues, particularly if the plug-in has not been updated to be compatible with new versions of iTunes. iTunes plug-ins are stored in the following location:
    C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iTunes Plug-ins

  • Remove iTunes Preference files
    Some of the files that iTunes uses to store settings and preferences may be unusable and cause issues. iTunes has two folders where preferences are saved. Move one of them to the desktop and test to see if the issue persists. If it does, move it back and remove the second folder. The location for the two preference folders are:
    • C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
    • C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes

    Do you mean that, in system information the users name is name after your friend?

    Goto control panel, goto system,goto advanced system,click computer name, put the name you like click change and then click ok.

    Changing user name- goto control panel, goto user accounts select create a new user account or manage another account fill the blank except if you don't want to password it, set it as administrator if everything is done, log off then log to the created account backup the files from the other account. Then delete the account of your friend under User Accounts. The only thing left will be name to you. Except some other name he/she change in registry like registered name.
