That means that you are choosing where will the yellow "shifting" ligth turn on. For F1 maybe it's bad fuel ar psark plugs or something like that, ar maybe power commander doesn't give right amount of fuel...
whats happening when you connect to a charger? if red ligth flashes that mean you have a blown fuse , if its solid red ligth that mean had a water damage or droppend , you will need to open up and put the loose part on the sopt , usually L1 next to power switch , REgards
it only means ur ps3 overheated.. read the instruction manual.. its all there.. when your ps3 starts to blink red it means it overheated.. dont use it for a week or two.. it might work then
