Screen flashing I unplug power cable and replug it - the machine does not start, it stays at the starting flashing screen. I do not see anything, only the flashing screen

You don't say what trouble shooting you've done. So lets start with the basics: 1) make sure your power cable is plugged all the way in from the back of the printer to the power strip. Make sure your power strip is on. (cannot tell you how many times this has been my problem). Make sure the plugs on both sides of the transformer (the black box in the power cable) are plugged all the way in. I'd unplug and replug everything.
2) The power button on this machine is not real obvious. It is to the left and aligned with the top of the control panel screen. I've attached a picture.
3) if that doesn't do anything open the cartridge access panel. The machine should light up, give you an error message on the control panel.
4) if none of these work and you've rechecked your power, I'd take it back to where you purchased it.

did you hear the sounds? or maybe you have defective power source in hot side..

You cannot fix your tv by yourself take it to the repairman. the power supply is defected.

Unplug tv and cable box.Replug both about an hour later.Still have the same problems.The power supply board is dead.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish power supply for the replacement.

unplug the power cable and reconnect it after some time. then swith on your computer

Most likely this set has an "integrated" inverter, as most samsungs do--and this DOES sound like an inverter problem. Make SURE thought, there are no more bad "10 volt" caps on the power supply...ALL of them need to be replaced no matter HOW they look.

Did you try to see if your tv's hdmi/component cable input(s) are working properly? Try another device to see if it works. Then check your cables and make sure all of them are pluged in at the right place and securely in. If it still doesn't work, then contact Microsoft because it's an internal error. Also it wouldn't hurt to unplug everything from the 360 and repluging it. Microsoft always says that as a first troubleshoot.

Either the power supply is going bad (power light will be orange or off when it goes dark) or the screen itself has the problem (inverter?). If the power button stays green but the screen goes dark, that'll be the problem.
