1. remove all the cartridges.
2. remove the waste toner bottle.
3. rear cover
4. left cover
5. paper feed clutch
6. close the top cover and front door.
7. pull out the tray.
8. stand machine with the rear side facing the table.
9. slide the paper feed shaft to the left side.
10. remove the paper feed roller.

You would need a technician to help out with the stuff.

Paper pinch roller is having some problem may be there is a paper jam or Cartridge try to remove all papers then remove the ink cartridge pull out the power wait for some time ,put back the paper without ink and paper
check if the error is changed if yes replace your ink if still there check for any paper jam clean it all properly and start again.

sounds like fuser is bad with wrinkling also or two different problems drum assy blade fail and fuser assy failed

I had the same error. In my case one of the two springs in the paper tray was missing (on the floor behind the printer) so there wasn't enough force to push the paper up to the pickup roller. After I installed the spring the error cleared and printing resumed.

This is happening to me also. The rollers sound like they're turning, but the paper doesn't advance. I then go into th emachine and spin the roller cam a bit and it seems to clear the problem. Any idea what's happening?

Open up the doors and blow some compressed air throughout the paper path (where the paper travels up). Make sure to blow air onto the sensors, because paper dust can coat them, causing false jams.

Does the paper get out of the tray at all? There is a feed roller that feeds the paper up into the machine; if you remove the paper tray you can see this roller -- it's big and gray and has grooves across it -- above where the paper sits toward the front of the printer. Blow air onto this roller as well, and if you have either D-ink or a rubber rejuvinator, clean the roller with a lint-free cloth.

Also make sure the paper is snug in the tray and not bent or crooked.

There is not a reset for jams in service mode. Did you open and close all the doors and make sure they are closed all the way. Most likely you still have a small piece of paper left some where in the paper path or you may have a broken sensor flag.

hi im jules_09,look for thr microswitch or sensor in the tray try cleaning it with alcohol just soak with alcohol if that doesnt work replace the sensor or microswitch
