this is only a possible solution.make sure the paper is between 17 to 24 pounds thick.i once had a jamming problem and it turned out to be the printer which canon replaced under warranty.but in the process i learned paper thickness can make a difference. i was recommended 20 pounds by a staples employee.i hope this helps you.

reset printer you still have a little credit card sized paper in your printer that you need to remove it
