SOURCE: bottom freezer door moves top to bottom by moving handle in & out
Hi, most models have adjustment screws near the track connected to the door if this is a slide out door. If this is a swing out door, you might be able to twist the door back in shape.
If the gap is only in the corner of the door, try inserting a piece of paper towl rolled/folded up behind the gasket to help stretch it.
I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.

The easiest way to fix that is to pull the freezer door all the way out and give it a good little tug, you will see the plastic covers on the side rails there will be a little gap about one inch on each side make sure those gaps are even. Your door should be aligned
SOURCE: Door does not close tightly. If I lift door it
If the hinges aren't too worn, you can sometimes loosen the screws (just loose, don't remove) that hold the hinges to the case of the frig, have someone lift the door by the handle.
Have them lift it firmly while you retighten the screws for the door. Your door may fit better and it's a quick fix.
If the hinge is getting worn, you can purchase replacement parts. Check at repairclinic.com ...they have a huge selection and the parts can be matched to their photos... great help when making sure they're correct.
Best of success on this.

Sounds like the top hinge is loose. If the hinge has a cover, remove it then hold the door in the correct position and tighen the hinge screws.
