Ir 3025 copier from canon. paper gets jammed with the error code 00024-001

Try to open up the copier where usually the paper goes through and check for any remains of bits of paper.

PS: on the screen shows which side of the printer has to be opened.

adjustment in the right side on casset just turn the nobe

if it has a paper jam. it should show on the display/panel which the position jammed.
then you open up the cover of it..

You need not to pannic.Those paper jams are always there... What you need to do is to check you paper arrangement in papers tray sometime rough arrange may led to paper jams everytime

its a fixing film problem, your fixing film is not spining properly maybe its paper jammed inside try to clean paper jam carefully else you order new fixing film from canon

This is HDD related problem, try : turn off copier pres 1 and 9 (hold it ) then turn on the copier. That initalizes the hdd defragmentation. if does not help, you need to change the hdd and "fill" it with system software.
