Question about Lexmark X3470 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have a lexmark X3470 printer. It says "cover open" but it is not. Is there something I can do to correct this?
If you are in Canada call 1 800 663 7662, they are aware of this problem and i just called them and they are shipping me a free replacement, i had to ask to speak to a manager, mine was 17 mths old so i am not sure if there is a limit as to how old your printer can be, remember be polite, stay cool and if they offer a replacement to thank them
