SOURCE: My Vizio vp322 will not power on this morning
Probably the power supply has gone bad.. This happens with no warning. Sometimes it is just bad capacitors that have leaked or puffed up in the power board and a good tech can do a cheap fix by replacing them.. Other wise the PS board has to be replaced

I replaced 3 capacitors and fixed this problem. They were 1-10v 1000uF and 2- 10v 3300uF electrolitic board mount capacitors. Easy to spot on the power board, the tops were bulged up. $5.54 later it works perfectly now.

Remove the 4 screws holding the stand. Remove all the perimeter screws. Remove all the screws from the bottom speaker panel and the rest of the perimeter screws and the ground wire screws at each speaker. remove the screws on the surface of the back panel and you are in. The power supply is the large board in the middle. The bad capacitors are in the secondary and were C233, C234, and C236. I replaced these 3 capacitors and fixed this problem.
