There is usually a small padalock symbol on the memory card itself and you can use something like a toothpick to slide the small pointer to the unlock position

On the side of the memory card, there is a small slider that locks and protects the memory card from being overwritten. Yours may be in the locked position. Simply switch off the camera, pull out your memory card from your camera and unlock your memory card by sliding the tab, then replace it.

Hi,
This used to happen when the write protect lock on in the memory card. Refer the manual to see how to remove the memory card.
After removing the memory card, unlock the write protect tab as shown in the fig.
xfer the videos to the memory card and connect the phone as mass storage and manually xfer the videos from one folder to another. Your phone will appear as Fat4 drive.
I don't own this camera but My guess is your memory card is in a LOCK SETTING you need to move the memory card to unlocked " wrirte " so you memory card isn't locked.....
Step 1 remove the card from you're camera
Step 2 there is a small little side on the side of the memory chip move that to the unlock position.
step 3 insert the card and start shooting!
pull the SD card from the the slot and it right side up with the label facing you, there is a short slot on the side with a sliding switch. move it to the other side of the slot and that will unlock the card. (it probably go moved as your were putting the card back into your camera) good luck!
Sounds like to me that the card may be corrupt or the data on it is. I would suggest taking the card to walmart or another store with a picture kiosk machine and try to copy the pictures to a CD then once that is done format the card in your camera.
