Tip: The max point reward for answering a question is 15.
in the left hand side of the e-mail column you will see your account headings ( example trevor @ or what ever your e-mail addresses are) it sits above the in box heading right click on that heading and a drop down box will appear
it will read open,find , select quick views and the one you want is --remove account
click on that and the account is gone
each account will have it's own heading so be sure that you remove only those accounts that you are not using because if they are gone then that is it
This helped me.
Go to keyword and type in tool bar settings.
A box will pop up. On the right side you will see
Tool bar quick view. Check that box. Save.
This fixed my problem. Hope it helps you as well
