SOURCE: My JVC GR-D290U is having a pixelation problem.

Have check your cassette for some crumpled or damage, if it's is ok, I'm afraid this problem cannot be solve by yourself, there is a problem on the tape transport for sure and it needs skill and instrument, have it check to the expert.

SOURCE: The camcorder is not working, comming up with hdd

You are finding the same problems as most Hard-drive and DVD recording cam user these media's simply do not work, they are too un-reliable to put your special holidays and good events on, the only way is TAPE cameras (unless you are not too bothered about loss of your special times.
Sony have dropped DVD cameras already after 3 years of people having problems, and I hear that the hard-drive models will go the same way next year when new tape models come out in the spring.

My hard drive has been split, how do I make it back into one?

You can delete both partitions and then create a single partition and then format the partition.
If you do not want to delete the partitions and lose your data then you can use a program called Partition Magic to resize your main partition so it is a single partition.

My daughter accidently deleted important video footage from our Sony video camera recorder HDR-SR10E can these images be recovered?

you can recover deleted video from camera with asoftech data recovery program
http://www.asoftech.com/adr/

Please be noted that your camera memory should show as a drive letter in your explorer, if not, you need to take out your memory card and connect using a card reader, or plug-in to card reader slot if there's any on your computer.

How can i recover the data from my flash drive after forced to format

Deleting or formatting won't make the data in USB drive erased permanently.

Those deleted data is still stored on the USB drive , it's just invisible or inaccessible. Only the FAT or NFTS table is erased (the information about where those data were saved), but the real data are still intact there in sectors of the hard drive.

So as long as those data are not overwritten by new data, it's highly possible to recover them. And the MOST Effective way is to rely on some format recovery programs.

Try this flash drive recovery program named asoftech data recovery, which can recover data after deeply scanning your USB drive to look for lost data you accidentally deleted or formatted.
