You will find most printing options are in the menu associated with the actual page that you load your photos on , this can sometimes be a matter of clicking the right mouse button but it will depend on what program you are viewing your photos in , if you had loaded your photos into windows folder called pictures you would click that then open that file and it would show you all of your photos (usually as small thumb nails) and if you click on a photo using your right mouse button it will then show a menu and ask what program do you want to use to open to view each photo "open with " if you scroll to that option the black arrow will show "photo viewer " if you select that option in the top bar above the photo it will say PRINT click on that and follow your way through the options to allow you to print . to sum it up load your photos into windows pictures folder open it click on a photo with right mouse button , open in photo viewer look for print click on that

I think the easiest way would be to open my computer and go to the Nero photo snap folder and move your pictures into the my pictures folder oh so you could go the Nero photos snap settings and change the setting to save your pictures into my pictures folderanother way is to go into the settings of Picasa 3change the settings to look for pictures in other folders besides my pictures folder

By default in a lot of newer computers, AUTOPLAY is disabled. This is for security reasons. The best suggestion I can make is to open Windows (file) Explorer, and look for your memory stick in the list of drives. Once in there, just click on a file and Windows will "know" what program to use to view it. If you have a favorite program you use for photos, open it and direct it (point it) at your memory stick. I use Media Impressions for photos. If you don't have a specific photo viewer program, the Windows Fax and Photo viewer will work.

There are four possible reasons that this could happen, so you need to do some tests to diagnose which one it is.

1. It could be that you shot some photos in "RAW" and the photo viewer is not capable of decoding raw images. (You should have a digtal developing software such as LightRoom for this, or installing the right Canon software might include the decoder that allows other programs to access it.) To test for this, check the full name of the files; if you can read all the .JPG files, but none of the .CR2 files, this is your problem.

2. It could be that your card is corrupting the data. To check for this, try a different card. (Any card will work for photos.)

3. Failing the other two, either the camera is producing corrupted data, or your image viewer is not capable of reading them. To discern which, try a different image viewer. If you don't want to install one, upload it to a photo sharing site, or just view it in your browser (you can drag and drop).

There should be files type issue first make sure your photo image open in ms paint if it will open with mspaint then your photo file type is fine but if it will not open there then you need to check file type. For that go to control panel ->folder option then files type . Check that your photo file type will open with photo viewer then apply then check. windows should recognize the files as a picture file and you can open it usign the Windows Photo Viewer

hi i think the only way you will retrieve your photo's is with win un-delete or a file recovery program like arcronis recovery, the reason why roxio is saying that you cannot recover them is because they are no longer where they should be, ie your memory stick, so can no longer retrieve them, silly explanation, its like having a can of drink, opening it and drinking the contents, you knew it was there when you opened it but all you have left is the can but nothing inside ( sorry but trying to think of a way to explain it better lol )try the recovery programs you might be lucky hope this helps

How are you trying to open it? Are you trying to open it from within the application itself or by 2x-clicking on the .jpg?
