May be cable loose or heavy dust available in printer that`s why your printer not proper response it. Or may be printer main board damage position so i suggest you contact it printer technician or checking it, which area damage.
Open Printer options and reduce the print quality. It is probably 1200dpi. Make it 600 and try the print again. You may also add more printer memory to print complex documents on highest resolution possible.
1. Disconnect the Power Cor from back of Printer ( while printer is has power ) 2. Wait for 10 seconds 3. While holding Power Button, Connect the Power cord and release the power button

following option in Printer Preferences

To access Printer Preferences
, follow these steps:
Open the Control Panel

Open Printers and Faxes

Right-click HP Color LaserJet 2015 PCL, and select Printing Preferences

Under the Advanced
tab, change the Print Data Optimization
from Auto
to Optimize for Text and Vector
.
Now try printing the document.
If the document did not print then try
turning the printer off then back on. Try printing the document again.
hi there, Is the drivers of P2015 correctly installed on vista? If yes then you have to check your printer USB cable. Try to change it and see the result.
