The controllers are probably broken. If i were you i would try contacting xbox customer support to see it they could give you a new controller. Im pretty sure that the controllers run off of the same warranty as your console.

Why does my xbox steering wheel just blink green and won;t connect

Your wheel needs to be synced. Press the sync button (it has 3 arrows on it) on the xbox360. Then press and hold the sync button on the wheel (lower right, next to the green light, also has 3 arrows on it), for about 3 seconds, then release. This should get you synced right up. :)

Is there a way for me to fix my red light problem myself at home? (three red lights) (upper left, lower left and lower right)

Try blowing out any dust in the power cables. If not then there is a theory that if you remove all disks and then shake the Xbox it fixes itself. I am not sure if the last one works but the first one works for me!

Trying to turn xbox on and getting blinking red ring around power button

If you are having three red lights flashing around the power button with upper right corner not flashing, it means that your Xbox 360 is having a general hardware failure. This is caused by the internal components of the console experiencing a malfunction. You can contact Microsoft Xbox Support for it to be repaired.

Wired Controller not turning on

When you plug it in hold down the X button in the middle of the controller. When it blinks, sync it in the 360, but if it doesn't connect blow the USB connector at the tip of the controller, and hook it up again. If not, get a wireless controller. They are way better.

My Xbox 360 is broke

That is a 'general hardware failure' Double check all your connections remove the hdd if you have one and try starting the console again.

This indicates there could be an overheating issue, make sure the system is well ventilated, other than that, a return to Microsoft is possibly your only other solution

Sync the controller. Press and hold the sync button on the controller, and go over to the Xbox 360 console, and press and hold the Xbox 360 console sync button. Wait for a few seconds or until the controller lights stop blinking. Then test out the controller.
