The 4F error code message indicates that the printhead is dead, you will need to replace it to make it work again. Before you replace it, you may want to try this, see if it will remove the clean unable error message: Access the internal maintenance mode by pressing the Menu/Set button, then press * 2 8 6 4 within 2 seconds. This should put you in the maintenance mode menu. Enter 80, then scroll down with the arrow down (round) key. You'll find an entry listed as purge count. If number is over 6000, enter 2 7 8 3. This will reset the purge count value. Then the printer will restart, hopefully without the annoying cannot clean message.

Print impossible messages or similar almost always indicate a full waste ink tank. These can be emptied and the purge counter reset, but it is a messy pig of a job. Do a check on google or similar for instructions and demos,
e.g.
http://printercartridgesinkuk.blogspot.co.nz/2014_06_01_archive.html
and disassemble the machine to get to the waste tank mounted (usually) behind the cartridge bay. Clean and dry the pads, then put it all back together and run the reset code.

Como soluciono el error B200 de la canon MP250
De acuerdo a lo que lei en un foro esto se produce por recalentamiento del cabezal al imprimir con un cartucho sin abastecimiento de tinta, tienes que cambiarlo o prueba con desintalar la impresora del windows y lo reinstalas despues.
