Ice maker works but ice dispenser does not work when button on panel is pressed. both cube and crushed ice buttons don't work. water dispenser and flap work.
Commonly what you will find on that model is the main control board on the back of the unit is the source of your issue, it begins like a computer virus where the unit will render the water in the door feature useless, next goes the ice delivery sys, then the unit does not defrost properly causing cooling issues. But before running out and getting a new control board go by this check list first: 1) make sure your ice bucket is properly seeded, 2) make sure the ice in the bottom of the bucket is not melted together if so empty good ice in seperate container and put back in freezer quickly to avoid melting then run hot water in ice bucket to melt remaining bad ice afterwards completely dry ice bucket and put good ice back in and see if it works properly, 3) make sure the auger mtr is not seized due to door being left open and humidity freezing in mtr gear.

SOURCE: ice won't dispense, no power to water light
I would check hte wire harness leadngto the door under hte freezer hinge. itll be wrapped in a black web like covering. Just under hte unit itself follow ht ewire and unplug hte harness. then carfully cut hte black webbing and inspect wires. there tends ot be apinch point there and the wires will sheer from one another, . if so there is no replcing hte harness, the door would have to be replaced at a cost of nealry $600. not enough room for a wire nut, but hav had sucess using stright inline bullet style connector, or others have sucessfully soldered connections back in place

not really a reset button but htere is a solenoid that controls the type of ice coming out of dispenser. with the ice bucket in place give a look at it from underneath and find the brass rod spanning from front to back of bucket. that rod hooks into a solenoid catch that when activated lifts the rod up and down for crushed/ or cubed ice.. after locating the "hole" in which the rod enters you should also see a corresponding plastic ring that would catch the rod upn activating stich and pull/up and down.. Ill assume that the "catch ring" is tuck in the up positon , might only be frozen up in which case you can hit it with a hair dryer to melt it, its also possible that the \solenoid had melted it self in the up position in which case you need to replace it.. to check this theory you can hook the brass rod into the ring assy in which case youll only dispense cubed no crushed

your model # is incomplete but here it goes.
1.take your ice container out and run hot water thru it. you want to defrost all of the ice build up inside of it's housing.
2. make sure the long lever under the container moves up & down when you press on it.
3.w/the container removed, you will see a fork like object and next to it amn openning w/a small plastic square part inside. make sure that part moves freely up & down. that solenoid is what gives cubed ice.
let's start there first
SOURCE: Ice maker only dispenses crushed ice, won't dispense cubed ice anymore.
I have a GE TFX25ppbaaa refrigerator. The ice maker corkscrew motor would run and provide crushed ice only. The corkscrew motor would not run when the switch was moved to the cubed ice ( half moon) setting.
I replaced the large Light/ water/ crushed ice/cubed ice switch , ( product service number GEH WR55X129 ) ( part number GE 162D6372 PO17 )and it fixed the problem. Cost was about $43.00.
SOURCE: Ice Maker GSI-26 dispenses crushed ice and will not dispense cube
You have a solenoid switch which switches the dispenser back and forth from crushed to cube. It could be stuck or not working or the parts connecting it could be disconnected or broken. You will have to observe to see if any parts are moving and if any noise is coming from the solenoid
