Ice maker doesn't dispense crush ice now.
Dispenses water, makes ice cubes, dispenses ice cubes. Crushed Ice lever dispenses whole ice cubes with a few ice splinters.

It's actually a Frigidaire side by side Gallery professional series FRS24ZSF and it is similar to many other Gallery models.
But if you are talking about the metal arm which swings up as ice is made, it is still moving. Ice cubes are still being made and filling the bin. Ice cubes still come out the front when you press the glass to the outside lever.
But when you swing the knob from the cubed ice to crushed ice, only cubed ice still comes out with a few ice splinters like the crushed ones that use to.

Sorry -- called away, back now. Still dealing with issue of got water, got ice but doesn't dispensed crushed ice. You asked if front panel pulls off - it did. There was a second cover underneath which I pulled off to find wiring. Totally lost at this point so I put both panels back on. Still dispenses water and ice cubes, so no foul.
But what do I do now- do I need an electrician?
Freezes cubes but won't dispense

There are normal cubes in the container. No matter the control setting, only crushed ice dispensed. The water dispenser works fine.
