When you logged in to webmail did it ask you to change your password? Does a box popup in Outlook asking you to change your password as soon as it opens?

If it does just enter your new password in the outlook window.

Trying to download the Cox Security Suite software. Was told to delete any Macafee on my computer. I did. Clicked on "install Cox Security Suite. A message came up " McAfee Sucuirity cannot continue-...

McAfee's uninstall doesn't work. They know that, so they have a special removal tool that you download and run. The instructions are here: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?id=TS100507

Follow the directions carefully. If you think it's hard to remove McAfee, try Norton sometime.

Wizard software installation

You can disable this piece of software within the windows registry or from the "Start", "All Programs", "Start Up" folder.

At least you can turn it off until you find the correct disk to un-install it.

In some cases, if you have the correct disk, reinstalling the software is necessary prior to un-installing.
