If it's an air compressor this is normal as it fills the tank and stops the when you use it and the tank empties it should kick back in some compressors leak from bad fitting so they cut in and out without you using it.
look for a screw on plug at bottom of tank this is to drain moisture and should be undone after use they sometimes come with this lose or use plumbers white tape on all your threaded connections to help seal leaks.

2004 sebring air conditioner stops and starts

Low freon will cause the compressor to short cycle, when the compressor runs the pressure in the low line is pulled down and the low pressure switch turns it off. Not running the pressure builds up and turns it back on. In the old days there was no low pressure switch, with no freon to carry the oil the compressor was destroyed.

Compressor starts and runs for 15 seconds and stops. tested capacitor 15 mfd .i can hear the start relay open on start up and compressor stops . can it be the relay.

Its possible to be the relay, but if you have access to an amp meter I would see what the rating for your compressor is, it will be on a tag on the compressor, and see if its drawing too much or too little. That way you know if the compressor is bad. I've seen too many times on that particular brand techs change the relay just have the compressor fail two weeks later.

MY COMPESSOR GAGE SHOWS 135 PSI AND 135 ON THE OUT PUT GAGE BUT I CAN,T INFLATE MY MOTORHOME TIRES TO THE REQUIRED 110#.DO I NEED A LARGER COMPRESSOR?I CAN,T FIND ANY LEAKS.

It is possible that the compressor psi as it is running drops below the tire psi creating a standoff. You must maintain air compressor psi over 110 to fill a tire to 110psi. Add air to your tire but stop when the compressor motor starts to run. When the motor stops then continue to add air until the compressor motor starts and again stop airing up the tire. Repeat as needed.

Fujitsu inverter air cond. Just stopped working properly. Model outdoor AOT30PMAL indoor unit AST30PBA-W. Code oper. Red led flashes fast continously green led (timer) repeats 13 slow flashes. After power...

It sounds like your inverter is at fault. You will need an inverter tester ( most good service techs will have one ) to prove that the output to the compressor is correct. If the inverter is okay then it will be the compressor at fault with a location error or it is simply seized. A common fault that caused this was the eev remained closed (coil failure ) and caused the compressor to over heat.

Motor trys to start

Sounds like the compressor has locked up. You can try to replace the start relay which plugs onto the compressor terminals.

Most factory built refrigerators and freezers have 5 year refrigeration system warranties. You will pay for labor and other consumables.

Compressor starts and doesn't stop

Relay for the compressor may be stuck ( Contacts welded) both the fan and the compressor should operate at the same time. Have the relay(s) checked and possibly replaced.
