The pump is jammed, it can't empty the machine so it just clicks round and round.
All that's needed is to remove the filter and remove any odd stuff jamming it.
First - SWITCH OFF AT THE MAINS or UNPLUG
At the front bottom there's a plastic cover below the metal that unclips from the top and behind that at the bottom front right there's a turning thing to remove the filter.
If the machine is still full of water try to lift the front so you can get a basin or something under to catch the water as it comes out. You my hve to pull the whole machine forward to allow this.
You may have to wiggle the thing clockwise and anti-clockwise to try and clear whatever is causing the jam.
Once the water stops coming out, fully remove the filter and clear any odd item, muck etc from it - you'll also have to put your hand in and feel for any items part way through the pump and manually turn the pump back and forward a bit to ensure its free it will feel steppy as you turn it, hard then jumps forward easy then hard again.
I've removed hair clips, cocktail sticks, coins and rubber bands over the years.
Good Luck

I have an indeset WD10 washer/dryer. When I put the programme on, it just clicks round and keeps clicking round until I turn it off. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
