simply take it to a good repairer.

is the drum turning is it heating if no to both check door microswitch

check heater element/ should read about 32ohmns on multimeter if not reading replace,if ok replace stat

strip down programmer/timer motor,found contact fingers not making circuit with printed circuit card,adjusted fingers,rebuilt timer,tested,ok.$100 please mam!

It could be the drum bearings. If you can move the drum up and down, the bearings is worn. It could also be the balanceweight that sits on the top of the outer tub that have gone loose. It's usually made of cement, or cast iron.

Plug off the wall. Clean out your outlet filter. Access is a door in the front bottom of your machine, be prepared for some water to come out. Refit.

take the lid off the machine.remove or disconnect the wires off the main board giving them a small spray with a water dispersent or silicone based soloution.by the way turn the power off at the mains before carrying out this procedure.
