To reset error, enter SP mode by pressing: Clear (yellow) button, 1 0 7, and press and hold the Stop (orange) button for 3 seconds then switch off and on the copier.
If the error is still there, please check the following in the fuser unit;
Check and clean or replace the possible defective thermistors or out of position.
Try by switching off and on the machine.
If every time you switch on the machine, SC824 re-appears, please replace the NVRAM on the controller board or the controller board itself.

If this works, turn machine off/on, the code should be reset. Alltho the code may come back, when the Copier attempts to print a page. If this is the case, you need your Fusing unit Repaired.

press enter. Select 2 for engine, ok, select 7 for data log, ok, scroll
to 7807 and execute. exit all of the way out until you get back to
engine, then select 3 for end. Recycle power.
