Hi I have an HE 3t model 110 SN- CSR3704321. I am getting an error code F dl. Im pretty sure it means "door lock" because the door isnt locking....is there anything I can do? Thanks

FDL stands for faulty door lock. you need a new one im afraid

The "dL" error code means that the door/lid can't lock. Check to make sure nothing is stopping the lid from closing and locking. If everything looks ok, then you either have a bad door lock or a bad control board.

DL f is a door lock error and is caused due to an issue with the door lock when it is unable to lock/unlock. Please check the door lock mechanism/door switch assembly and replace the part that has gone bad so that the issue is resolved. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

'DL+F' stands for Door Lock Fault. There is likely to be a problem with either the door solenoid/lock or the 'door closed' sensor. Both require a service engineer's attention I suggest ;-0(

"dl" indicates a door lock error. A Door Lock Error occurs if the door cannot be unlocked. It will try to lock it 6 times before displaying the error.
Check for the following when dl occurs:
Door Lock Mechanism broken.

Check Door Lock/Switch Assembly for foreign objects

Check Wire Harness connections to the Door Lock/Switch Assembly and Central Control Unit (CCU)

wash another load and see what happens the f-dl code means door lock problem and f-11 means communication error between top control board and the bottom control board if you can wash a load completly everything will be ok but you can't let me know and we see where to go from there

EEPROM Error

The Central Condrol Unit (CCU) receives it's data from an EEPROMonboard the CCU.
If there is an error reading this data, it will cuse this error.

A power glitch may cause this error. Try unplugging the Unit for two minutes to see if that fixes the error.
Check CCU

So its likely you'll need a new CCU board. Check your owners manual, some models have up to a 5 yr. parts warranty on that CCU.
