AC h1 is actually AC hi error which means input voltage is too high. Wait for sometime for voltage to stabilize Washing machine will automatically start. If not call electrician to check electrical fault for high voltage

SOURCE: Visible water level in front-load clothes washing machine?
Yes, it is normal. There is water in the machine. One of the big draws for this style machine is that they use much less water than top load machines. If you stopped the cycle and opened the door, dug down in the clothes, you would find water. The machine fills a small amount of water (below the level of the door) and tumbles. As the water is absorbed by the clothing, the water level drops, so the machine adds more to maintain the water level. This is basically how the washer figures out how big your clothes load is and how much water that load needs. (Of course most sales persons at the big box stores and Sears have no idea how this works)
If you'd like, try running a cycle with no clothes to see how much water is in the machine. (It's not a lot) Now remember this: Because there is so much less water use than a top load machine, you must cut way way way back on the amount of soap and fabric softener used. Use no more than one tablespoon of HE (High Efficiency) soap (even less if it is 2x or 3x concentrate) and one teaspoon of fabric softener per load !!!!!
This should be a Fix-Ya for your question. Thanks.

SOURCE: Washing machine won't do final spin.
Remove the front lower panel. Right in front you will see the pump filter. Get some towels and a bucket and unscrew the filter cap and pull the filter out. See if you have a bunch of lint and stuff in there. If you do, clear it out, refit carefully and give the washer another try. The companies dont tell you how to do it, for their techs then won't make any money. A tech to clean your filter!!!?? $$$
You're free to rate me............not that i get anything. Happy laundry!!

SOURCE: I have a he2 kenmore front end loader washing
Something is in your pump trap, easy fix. pop open the bottom panel by removing the three screws under it. requires a torx bit or a nut driver. if you can tilt the washer back so the front legs are a foot or 2 off the ground, it will make this a lot easier. once open you will see a twist off cap. before you remove this be prepared for the residual water to eject out when you open it. these can not get all the water out so there is always some, tilting it back will minimise this or putting hose clamps on the pump to tub hose can help but not nesesarry. twist it out and clean it out, also stick your fing into the two holes where the trap is located to see if any coins have gotten stuck. once clean, make sure you line up the trap arrow with the base. then button it back up, good luck
