The tray that collect water is full. Remove it slowly and empty into the sink. Don't forget to put it back in the fridge. You need to do this time to time.

Your evaporator coil which has the refrigerant in it may be frosted up, blocking the air flow over to the refrigerator, your condenser fan beneath, or on top of the fridge depending on the model, might not me turning, or your condenser might be dirty, (that's what the condenser fan is pulling air through) or the vent going from the freezer to the refrigerator may be blocked

It's usually caused by the condenser fan which is underneath around back. If it's not running when the compressor runs it will cause the problem you describe. You will need to remove the cardboard backing on the back of the fridge to access the fan.

The presence of the oil tells my that you have a refrigerant leak in the coil....
The leak will need to be found, fixed, and the system recharged....

You will need to find a professional to do this but make sure that you get a complete price and a promise that it will be fixed with a warranty before giving the go ahead...

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE DEFINITE ISSUE WITH YOUR COMPRESSOR, IT MAY BE CONSTANTLY RUNNING OR RUNNING TOO OFTEN, THIS WOULD CAUSE THE LARGE AMOUNT OF HEAT COMING FORM THE BOTTOM. IF YOUR COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING TOO MUCH YOU WILL ALSO GET AN EXCESS AMOUNT OF WATER EVAPORATING DUE TO CONDENSATION ON THE EVAPORATOR COILS THEREFORE FILLING UP YOUR DRAIN PAN THAT MUCH QUICKER. YOUR FRIDGES COMPRESSOR MAY BE ON THE WAY OUT BUT YOUR FRIDGE SOUNDS LIKE IT'S WORKING THE WAY IT SHOULD BE.HOPE THIS HELPS

Ensure the condenser is not clogged with dust or other debris.
Ensure the condenser fan (usually found in back) is turning when the fridge is running.

Make sur compressor is running.

Unplug for 20-25 min., plug it back in and listen for compressor to start. You will need to be behind the Ref so you can tell if you hear the compressor or the condenser fan running.

Ice/frost build up in freezer.
This is a failure of the defrost system. Evaporator fan, heater, timer, one or more could be bad.

One of your doors is not closing all the way allowing warm air into the fridge causing condensation.
