Cants get fujifilm qs7 printer loaded on windows 7

ry ( FQS07SVR)-your missing driver I use it for windows 7 and it works perfectly for my qs-7 printer I posted a step by step also in same thread some time ago its in SysWOW64 inside the windows file on drive c one other person tried it and couldn't get it to work but mine is fine -good luck heres the afore mentioned guide in case its any use How to Make the Fuji-QS-7 PHOTO PRINTER Work in Windows 7 Finally reconstructed the steps I took to get QS-7 working perfectly in Windows 7 The following is for dummies like me so bear with it Step 1 connect up printer as normal leave it switched off Step 2 on the C drive of your computer access the Windows file Step 3 from the available items listed select SysWOW64 and open it Step 4 scroll down to the application name FQS07SVR Right click on it and select the option Run as Administrator (if you hover over it with the mouse it shows exactly what it is- the seemingly missing printer driver for the QS 7 Step 5 when you run /install this al you will see is the window that opens when using command line for about 1 second blink and you miss it Step 6 switch on your printer and allow Windows 7 to do its thing it will tell you after about 20 seconds that the printer is ready and drivers are installed Step 7 go to devices and printers it may show you 2 entries for the QS-7 one of which is labelled copy 1 and is strangely greyed out- use this one when selecting print from QS-7 in future -GOOD LUCK! and please let me know if you are successful as this is all I did and now my printer works even though Microsoft's engineers and Fuji say it isn't possible. Disclaimer -This solution offered only to attempt to alleviate the suffering of those left out in the cold by less than helpful technical experts and unsympathetic companies I can in no way be held responsible for anything that might go wrong But its worth a go . Another opinion: The Fujifilm Finepix Printer QS-7printer is not compatible with Windows 7 as per the Fujifilm's website: http://www.fujifilm.com/products/photo_printer/finepix_printer/#faqs However, if you received the driver disc along with the printer, you can install the vista drivers in compatibility mode. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Make-older-programs-run-in-this-version-of-Windows

Going to the menu and going on set up was easy but I still do not know what to set to get the display to stay on my screen.

On page 93 of the (english) manual it says how to setup the auto power off. you can choose for 2 minutes, 10 minutes or off. The longer the camera stays on, the shorter the battery works. Check under the wrench symbol in the setup menu forth option.

How do HDMI pins get bent?

The most common way is tripping over the cord or careless install and removal of cable.

Why does my instax mini have three lights flashing?

According to the manual, you need to replace all the batteries with fresh ones, preferably camera ones, and all the same power/brand. See the Flickr thread about this - seems like this works some of the time, so if it doesn't work first time, try switching to another set of four batteries and see if it's fixed. http://www.flickr.com/groups/instax/discuss/72157622943415896/

My battery comes dead really quick is there a way to boost it?

check the mhr on the batteries you use they should be re-chargeable batteries as alkaline batteries do not have what it takes and run down very quickly the re-chargeable battery should be around the 2000 mhr rating

I have a 10x zoom, 14.0 megapixel, FINEPIX T T210 and I dropped from the height of about 4 feet and it won't power up! Any ideas, suggestions?

It is defect and it will be cheaper to buy a new camera, then bring it to a repair shop. Worst scenario. Perhaps something came lose. When it won't start after you removed and replaced the battery. I can't change that one. But there is little hope it is worth bringing it to a repair shop. Perhaps the find a lose contact and repair this for 100 or 150 dollar, it still is a used camera that fell and can show the next defect in a few days or weeks. My advice is to start saving up for a new camera. Sorry.

Why is my camera freezing after 3 shoots

Do you just have to wait and it "unfreeze", or do you have to switch it of and on? When it starts working after a few seconds, perhaps you have a slow memory card, and in 3 shots your buffer has filled up complete. Then it freezes to save the pictures you took. And as soon as the buffer is empty it is ready to shoot again. But if it stays out till you switch of an on again, I would think something is defect in the camera.

How do I take black and white photos with the Fuji s9400w

Go to the main menu and look for Finepix Color, it should be page 80 if you have the original manual? Once you find Finepix Color look for a little camera icon with the letter B on it, click on that and you should now have Black and White photos. The other 2 icons should be STD for standard and C for saturated color in your photos.

Actual colour of objects do not appear accuratly on display or when developed? What do I need to do?

On page 77 of the manual is the WB settings. 25485183-vqfjb430utzmlcvnsccjv5sk-1-0.png You can find the manual here: http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/manuals/pdf/index/s/finepix_s1800_manual_01.pdf To start (quick check if nothing is wrong with the camera) put it in automatic mode. Put the mode dial in Auto or SR Auto. No other option. Then shoot some pictures. these should have a normal colour.

Cannot get reds or purples to accurately show on display or when developed in hard copy. Reds show pink. Purples show blue. Tried a number of things but no luck

Looks like a problem the colour balance. But to help you more, I need to know what model Fuji you have. You are sure there is no smudge on the lens? and there is no damage to the lens?

Is it possible to repair a digital camera where the light sensor has stopped working

Yes.... It's possible. But finding the right person to do it is another thing. It may cost as much as the camera. Thats why it's become a throw away world
