What do I do if my instamax mini 8 has all the setting lights flashing and the red light on the viewfinder on?

Had the same problem and discovered the motor driving the mechanism was not properly aligned. Remove the film. Take the back off the camera by removing all the screws you can see plus one under the cover where the film exits and 2 in the battery compartment. Loosen or remove the 2 screws holding the motor. The motor is located just down from the viewfinder, on top of the push button to take a picture. Turn the camera on and take a picture. The motor and gears should work, Let it run through its cycle and tighten the screws when the motor is in the proper position for smooth operation. I had to use 2 screws from the camera body to get the motor to stay in the proper position. ( i used the ones from the battery compartment)
camera now works as it should.

My fujifilm instax mini 7s flash stopped working. The photo's turn out black and when i take a picture the flash doesn't turn on. What do I do and if I need to replace the flash, How much will it cost

My camera flash isnt working i barley used it. The pictures are coming out black and I'm trying to fix it myself. The flash isnt coming on at all.

Is a Fujifilm FinePix J40 Digital Camera users manual available online?

I don't see a manual for the FinePix J40 on the Fuji support site: https://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/models/ . The available J series manuals include a J35 and a J50, https://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/models/j/ . Fuji does list a model F40FD.

Since the model J35 is a 12MP camera, the manual for the J30/J35/J38 may help you use your J40. https://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/manuals/pdf/index/j/finepix_j30_manual_01.pdf .
