Error grave 14h - Konica Minolta magicolor 2400 Laser Printer

The second transfer roller might be missing. Is not properly installed. If you open the printer you will see a roller made of sponge like material. That is the second transfer roller. Replace it if above does not work also ensure the transfer belt is properly installed. that is across from it in the machine.

Went thru the Bizhub 180 service manual and operators manual no H14. What model machine do you have

This problem occurs when the second image transfer is preassure/retraction failure.

You have to:

1, Check the M1 connector
2, Check M1 for proper drive coupling
3, Check SL4 connector
4, Check PWB-A connector
5, PC5 sensor check
6, SL4 operation check
7, M1 operation check
8, Change PWB-A

i do not believe that cores are physically exchangeble for core 2's

Try first rebooting the printer, if that doesn't work, reinstall/update all drivers. If that doesn't work, you need a service tech.

Error 14h is:

Service Call 14 XFER ROLLER: Incorrect pressure by or seperation from the Second image transfer roller..

not too sure on how to fix that if reboot/driver update doesn't work.

open cover, remove image transfer unit, behind ITU is 2nd image transfer roller, move it with hand, check solenoid and sensors, thaht they moving freely.
restart
